- Beautiful non-traditional vows that you should still personalize yourself. I love the ideas of each person being their own source of love and happiness, instead of thinking of the other as your source of these things only you can provide for yourself. The vows are based on personal responsibility rather than the sense of blame that happens in relationships when we think it's the other person's fault if we're unhappy.
- Loved all the little things they added. It can be read in just a few hours. My friends who had asked me to write their vows were more than happy to use these simple loving vows especially when we saw that most all the other vows were simple repeats and repetitive if not downright demeaning and antiquated. Check it out all couples thinking about marriage. Perhaps you don't use all of the vows or go with the whole ceremony. I promise you will not be disappointed and your friends and married friends will be asking you where you got it from.
